To provide a positive and encouraging space for female falconers.

To promote responsible falconry and raptor management.

To celebrate and uplift the heritage and history of falconry.

To support UK and world-wide conservation projects and charities.

Our Constitution

When you join the club you agree to our constitution, our aims and what we stand for as a club.

It was put together by the founding members of the Female Falconers Club, and was signed at our inaugural AGM on 2nd October 2016.

In September 2022, all aspects of the FFC were reviewed and as a result, the Constitution has been rewritten in order to safeguard members and the future of the Female Falconers Club. We asked our members to review and our new Constitution was voted in on Tuesday 28th February 2023.

The Code Of Welfare And Husbandry For Falconry

At our AGM on 25th September 2021 the membership voted in favour to meet the standards of welfare described in the Code. This code of welfare and husbandry was written by a group of knowledgeable raptor vets in order to summarise what is expected of falconers.

We encourage you to read through the guidance, considering how it affects your own falconry activities on a daily basis.
